Bible Reader is now available!
Hi everyone, I'm back after an extended break from Playdate dev, and the Bible app I promised long ago is finally ready. This one went through several major design changes since I first started working on it. I hope you'll find the result is a polished and tightly-focused app. Plus, this time it's completely free of charge (no donations allowed.)
While I've been away, it's been great to see so many people still enjoying Yacht and Sunrise Clock. (If you haven't already, don't forget to grab the latest versions which have icons for the Playdate 2.0 list view.) Though I can't promise anything just yet, I also have another LCD game in the works, as well as a brand new card game designed be fun for both adults and kids.

This is really cool! I think I’ll have to go for the WEB version so I can scroll the deuterocanon but have psalms with the numbers I’m used to. Were there ux issues with putting all the translations in one app?
Yes, I wanted to include them all in one app, but couldn't get it working quite right. However, if you want you can install more than one version of the app, and you can tell them apart by the small text in the lower right of the launcher card.
Yeah that’s what I did! And your ebibles link led me to a nice digital version of the original wycliffe translation. Might see if I can add that to an ebook reader.
